1.1 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to know and to read them.

1.3 Certain website services will require registration and subsequent access to those services will be subject to an approved login name and password ("Password Details"). Information that you provide on this website must be accurate and complete. All Password Details are accepted and may be withdrawn at our sole discretion and are exclusive to you and non-transferable and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. a. Incos Ltd. is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with our privacy statement.

b. Sofragrance.com is intended solely for users who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. When you register to become a member of sofragrance.com and/or our newsletter, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information.

c. You will also be asked to choose a password.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

d. You agree to notify Sofragrance.com immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password.

e. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

2. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of anyone else, nor restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of this site.

Examples of the type of content that is illegal or prohibited to post on or through sofragrance.com is content which:

a. harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

b. exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;

c. contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website;

d. solicits personal information from anyone under 18;

e. publicly posts information that poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person;

f. constitutes or promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;

g. involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, or "spamming" or computer viruses;

h. includes a photograph or video of another person that you have posted without that person's consent;

i. violates the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity.

3. Competitions

3.1 The competitions are organised and promoted by Incos Limited.

3.2 Only one entry will be accepted per person.

3.3 If you are under the age of 16 you must have permission from a parent or guardian before entering.

3.4 All competitions will run for 4 weeks from the date put live.

3.5 You must be resident of UK only (including Northern Ireland). Overseas players are not eligible. You may be asked to provide the Company with supporting documentation in order to substantiate this (i.e. birth certificate and/or valid passport).

3.6 Entry to the competition and acceptance of the prizes constitutes permission to use the winners' names for promotional purposes without additional consultation.

3.7 The competition is not open to employees of Incos Limited or their subsidiaries and their direct family members.

3.8 Only the winner(s) will be contacted personally.

3.9 Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred although Incos Limited reserve the right to change the prizes in the event of unforeseen circumstances to the same value or higher.

3.10 There will be no cash alternative.

3.11 Incos Limited or its distributors does not accept any responsibility for late or lost, eligible or incomplete entries

3.12 The decision of Incos Limited is final in every situation, included any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.

3.13 Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.

3.14 Incos Limited shall be permitted to exclude any entrants at any time at its sole discretion.

3.15 All personal details and/or information given in your application either in this form or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. You must undertake to inform the Company immediately if any such information becomes inaccurate.

3.16 Incos Limited reserves the right to disqualify any contestant if they supply untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information, have failed to abide by the rules and/or are in breach of the terms hereof.

3.17 By submitting your details you are agreeing that from time to time our sponsors or associated companies may contact you with information regarding relevant services we feel may be of interest to you. Should you not wish to receive further information from Incos Limited and associated companies about their services please email 'remove my email' to info@sofragrance.com.

3.18 Incos Limited shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products and prizes or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
