That cheeky Cheryl Cole! Whilst we were all thinking she was caught in some kind of love triangle with dancer Derek Hough and infatuated mate will.i.am, she was only dating one of the Black Eyed Peas' dancers. According to the Daily Star: "Cheryl has been more than happy to use Derek and her good friend will.i.am to fool paparazzi and fans alike. She has actually been dating one of the dancers."

"They met while she supported the band on their European tour earlier this year."

But it doesn't end there! The source went onto say: "Cheryl's relationship with the hunky backing dancer is very casual. They've been enjoying each other’s company behind closed doors."

With rumours that the Girls Aloud singer is planning to spend time in Ibiza with the dancer, we reckon this could get serious... but not if will.i.am is supposed to be heading there too. That should be interesting...

Do you know a young person who deserves recognition for their volunteer work? Someone who has helped their local community, overcome adversity in their lives or made a big difference to the lives of other people ? If so then why not nominate them for a vinspired award. Singer Gabriella Cilmi and v, The National Volunteers Service have just opened nominations for the second vinspired National Awards. The awards will take place in March 2011 at a secret London location, they are on the hunt to find the most exceptional young volunteers across the land.

How do you get involved? Anyone can nominate someone they think deserves an award, but you can't nominate yourself, and anyone between 16 and 25 can be nominated. Young people don’t have to be engaged in a v project - they can be involved in any kind of volunteering activity with any organisation but must have made a difference between August 2009 and July 2010. Awards will be handed out for best new volunteer, embodying the spirit of volunteering, outstanding leadership, campaigning and overcoming personal adversity or enabling a community to rise above a challenging circumstance - to name but a few. Last summer, when Team Bliss got their hands on the Noisettes album, it got played in the office about seven times a day. It’s a good thing we downloaded it, as the CD wore out and broke. We’re despo for some new songs from Shingai and her chums – so we’re thrilled to hear that that not only are they working on it, but they’ve palled up with R’n’B fave Ne-Yo.  “He’s a lovely guy. We are really exploring new directions for the band to go in.” Sounds exciting – hurry up guys!

Gorgeous Gossip Girl actor

Chace Crawford has taken a step up from telly to the big screen this Summer as he stars alongside Emma Roberts and 50 Cent in Twelve, set to be released in the UK later this year.

Like Gossip Girl, Twelve is set in New York and Chace plays another rich kid, but this time he’s a bad boy too. Chatting to MTV Chace said he had nothing in common with his GG character or his Twelve character...

“I’m from Texas, it’s a different story,” he laughed. He also spilled some insider info about what his character is (or isn’t) going to be doing on the next season of GG: “Nate’s not up to much, I guess there’s several other girls coming along.” Same old, same old then, right Chace?

This week is the rags to riches story of 50 Cent also known as Curtis Jackson III. Today he might be one of music's hottest stars but before fame came knocking Fiddy's early life in Queens was one of violence, drug dealing and eventually time in a “shock incarceration” boot camp after numerous arrests. Eventually 50 Cent gave up his life of crime to follow his dream of become a hip hop star.

Marvin from JLS has revealed what he believes is the key to his success - he reads self help books! "These books teach you to have a positive mental attitude. I started reading them when I was working nine-to-five and carried it through into the band." Hmmm, we wonder where we can get a copy of the How-to-become-a-pop star-with-an-amazing-bod-and-gorgeous-girlfriend book. Best get down to Waterstones for a look....

It has been reported that Cheryl Cole has been forced to pull out of filming the X Factor after collapsing during a photoshoot. Doctors have reportedly ordered Cheryl to rest at home, believing that she has been working too hard since her split withAshley Cole earlier this year.

A friend of the singer who was at the photoshoot has spoken about Cheryl’s condition saying, "It was a real shock to see Cheryl so ill. She looks terrible. Since splitting with Ashley, Cheryl has been throwing herself into work. There’s only so long someone can do 18 hours a day without burning out. Something had to give." Louis and Simon

have confirmed that Cheryl will be absent from filing until further notice. We hope you get better soon Cheryl!
