Last week, we reported how Gossip Girl actress turned singer Taylor Momsen had been mouthing off about Rihanna and her style but in the latest instalment in the feud, Taylor has said that she was misquoted and what she actually meant was that Rihanna was just an "annoying" example of how rock and pop have become very similar. She even went on to add that she think Ri-Ri is "great". Hmmm, we think she might be trying to dig herself out a hole here…
Along with over 12 million viewers, we were more than a little excited to see the X Factor return to our screens at the weekend and the first episode didn’t disappoint with a mixture of hilarious and exciting performances. However, it has since emerged that special ‘voice correction’ equipment was used to make the voices of some of those who auditioned sound even better, outraging loads of viewers! Including us. Robert Pattinson has admitted that he finds it very hard to relax. Restless Rob told Now, "I did try to get a massage in Japan to relax and I was sitting there for an hour and half. I got 15 times more stressed out just waiting for that long and I thought, 'I'm not doing this again'." Oh Rob, that was obviously the masseuse's fault. Lady Gaga is regularly seen with a quirky china teacup in her hand so it's no wonder that tea companies have started a bidding war to get her as the face of their teas. Old English company Twinings are currently the frontrunner and hope to make “drinking tea look cool again” by having Gaga in their advertisements. Tasters are coming up with a tea that has an oriental flavour and they want Gaga to participate in the tasting sessions. Gaga who has openly shared her love for a cuppa (has to be ‘breakfast tea’ with lots of milk and five sugars) has been offered a multi-million pound contract. Not bad for a tea break.
Spencer Pratt has admitted that his obsession with fame was to blame for ending his marriage with Heidi Montag. Apparently Spencer loves being famous more than he loves his wife.
Pratt (Tee hee we love calling him that!) told People magazine, "We love each other but I'm a famewhore and I'll never grow out of it. Heidi knows that and doesn't want that. I want every kind of press. She believes in bad press. There's no way my love for fame and her love for puppies will ever work out successfully." Surely they could have figured this out before they got married.
